輸(shu)(shu)送帶繞(rao)過(guo)滾筒(tong)時會產生彎(wan)(wan)曲(qu)(qu)應力(li)(li),惹起帶芯疲(pi)倦。其直(zhi)徑越(yue)(yue)小(xiao)彎(wan)(wan)曲(qu)(qu)應力(li)(li)越(yue)(yue)大(da),顯然增大(da)滾筒(tong)直(zhi)徑有利(li)于進步輸(shu)(shu)送帶運用(yong)的時長,但增大(da)到一定(ding)值后,彎(wan)(wan)曲(qu)(qu)應力(li)(li)減小(xiao)不明顯,還(huan)會使(shi)設備體積增大(da)。因而,為輸(shu)(shu)證(zheng)輸(shu)(shu)送帶彎(wan)(wan)曲(qu)(qu)應力(li)(li)不致過(guo)大(da),應限制滾筒(tong)最(zui)小(xiao)直(zhi)徑。
選(xuan)用(yong)(yong)(yong)驅動滾筒(tong)直徑D的準(zhun)繩是:多層(ceng)芯(xin)(xin)輸送(song)帶采用(yong)(yong)(yong)機械接(jie)(jie)頭時,D≥100i,mm(i為帆布層(ceng)數);采用(yong)(yong)(yong)硫(liu)化接(jie)(jie)頭時,基(ji)于接(jie)(jie)頭是梯(ti)形搭接(jie)(jie),容易在彎曲應力作用(yong)(yong)(yong)下剝離,故D≥125i,mm.整編芯(xin)(xin)輸送(song)帶運用(yong)(yong)(yong)機械接(jie)(jie)頭時,D≥K8,mm(k取(qu)決于帶芯(xin)(xin)骨架(jia)材質(zhi)的參數。

但(dan)成槽角(jiao)超越輸(shu)送(song)帶(dai)自身(shen)的成槽才能時(shi)(shi)(shi),空載運(yun)(yun)轉(zhuan)時(shi)(shi)(shi),輸(shu)送(song)帶(dai)就不(bu)(bu)會緊貼中托輥,由(you)此招致(cause)輸(shu)送(song)帶(dai)邊緣激烈(lie)磨損和不(bu)(bu)穩定運(yun)(yun)轉(zhuan);重載運(yun)(yun)轉(zhuan)時(shi)(shi)(shi),輸(shu)送(song)帶(dai)在側托輥與中托輥拐(guai)角(jiao)處必然產(chan)生很(hen)大的折(zhe)疊應力(li),使輸(shu)送(song)帶(dai)縱向(xiang)斷裂或帆布層疾(ji)速的剝離(li)。
